Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Monroe County, PA to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and lead a multidisciplinary team with families and schools.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, PA Behavior Specialist License, a master's in a mental health field, and at least one year of paid experience with youth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required and must be current.
• PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required to practice in PA.
• Master's Degree (MS/MA) in mental health field with at least 1 year paid experience working with children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Direct and supervise staff through training, modeling, and feedback.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to support learner outcomes.
