Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring a BCBA in North Carolina to lead evidence-based ABA programs across in-home and in-center settings. You’ll supervise RBTs and ABATs, collaborate with a BCBA-led clinical team, and ensure high-quality client outcomes with data-driven plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required in NC (or eligibility)
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and home/community settings
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and consistency
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
