Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care, with a 25-billable cap and supportive team. You’ll conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in clinic and home settings.

Qualifications

Active BCBA Certification is required.
North Carolina LBA licensed required.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
