Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a full-time BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy, conduct FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans while mentoring RBTs and ABATs. You will work in a clinician-led, supportive environment with a BCBA-led clinical team, offering a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and WFH options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in-clinic and support families at home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
