Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina to lead clinical services across in-home and in-center settings. You will conduct FBAs, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians, while ensuring ethical and high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and home/community settings
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
