Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and mentor RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality ABA care.

With a 25-billable caseload expectation, you’ll collaborate with peers to ensure consistent outcomes, receive ongoing mentorship, and benefit from flexible scheduling and WFH options as we grow across NC.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic settings and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
