Job summary

The Treetop ABA is actively seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services in North Carolina. This full-time role offers a balanced mix of clinic-based ABA therapy, home and community support, and supervision of RBTs and ABATs.

You’ll help families achieve meaningful outcomes through data-driven plans and collaborative care. We provide competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, and generous benefits, including 23 paid days off and annual CEU support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and progress.
