Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA to join a clinician-led team focused on delivering high-quality care. We offer a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and flexible scheduling with weekday hours and optional work-from-home.

You will conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs and ABATs, and collaborate with peers to ensure outstanding client outcomes. A BCBA certification and NC LBA licensure are required, with generous benefits and advancement

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA licensure required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
