Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care across in-home and in-center settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and ABATs, while collaborating with peers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Active BCBA Certification is required.
North Carolina LBA license is required.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
