Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality clinical care in in-home settings. You will conduct FBAs, create treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a supportive, clinician-led team.

This role offers a salary of $85,000-$100,000 base with monthly bonus opportunities, sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and WFH options. Great benefits, professional growth, and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
