Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA in North Carolina to lead clinical assessments and treatment planning across in-home and in-center settings. Join a supportive, clinician-led team dedicated to high-quality, evidence-based care and flexible work arrangements.

You will conduct FBAs, deliver ABA therapy, supervise RBTs and staff, and collaborate with peers to ensure optimal client outcomes while maintaining a manageable caseload and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
