Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and interpret session data to tailor treatment plans. Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various needs.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
