Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a caseload, and review session data to adjust individualized treatment plans for children with diverse needs.

You will collaborate with families and staff, participate in regular team meetings, and guide ethical, evidence-based interventions. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a supportive clinical manager, and a competitive compensation package including benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws, and instructional methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and ABA software platforms.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and staff.
