Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our growing team. You will deliver direct supervision to BTs and RBTs and manage a small caseload with hands-on guidance.

You will review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and tailor individualized treatment plans. Regular team meetings with staff and families are part of the role, with administrative support available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethical practices, and regulations.
• Proficient with ABA software platforms and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and leading team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff coordination.
