Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. The role emphasizes data review, interpretation, and adjustment of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.

The BCBA will work with a clinical team to provide guidance, observe sessions, and communicate effectively with families to support positive behavior changes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified by the BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet the rigorous physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment or staff.
