Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Pennsauken, NJ is hiring a BCBA to lead and supervise a small team while delivering direct supervision to BTs/RBTs. You will review data, adapt treatment plans, and consult with families to support meaningful progress for children with diverse needs.

The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package. A laptop is provided and a 401(k) with match supports long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with Board Certification
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs
• Proficient in Office 365; Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ABA software platforms
• Ability to meet demanding physical requirements and engage with children

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings
• Consult with families on treatment-related concerns
