TEEMA seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy across home, center, and community settings in California. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and providers.

In this role you will supervise, train technicians and caregivers, prepare IEP goals and reports, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation. Competitive earning potential with bonuses and relocation incentives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; BCBA certification or LPA license.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to document behavior data accurately and timely.

Responsabilités

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for patients.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy within assigned caseload.
• Conduct supervision for patients in person or via telehealth as clinically advised.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates during supervision and team meetings.
• Update and maintain patient treatment programs.
