TEEMA is seeking an experienced Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) in California to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, provide clinical supervision, and coordinate with families and technicians. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, progress monitoring, and collaboration across care teams.

Formación

• Must hold a master's degree in psychology or a related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in ABA.

Responsabilidades

• Create and oversee the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans for patients.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to patients within the caseload as required.
• Conduct supervision for patients within the caseload, in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates in supervision and team meetings.
• Update and maintain patient treatment programs.
• Complete reports, progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments timely with Assistant Director.
• Train Behavior Technicians, families, and caregivers on ABA plans.
• Communicate treatment program changes to caregivers and ABA team.
• Attend patient IEP and placement meetings.
