Job summary
TEEMA Group seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to oversee and implement ABA treatment plans across home-based, center, and community settings. The role includes supervision of staff, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and providers.
The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped monthly bonuses, a guaranteed year-end bonus, and signing/relocation incentives, reflecting the strong earning potential and commitment to quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication; accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for patients.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy within the assigned caseload.
- Conduct supervision for patients in person or via telehealth.
- Monitor weekly patient progress and report updates during supervision meetings.
- Update and maintain patient treatment programs.
- Prepare reports, progress notes, IEP goals, and assessments timely.
- Train Behavior Technicians and families on ABA plans.
- Communicate treatment changes to caregivers and the ABA team.
- Attend patient IEP and placement meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and HIPAA compliant documentation.
