Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) in Fontana, CA to oversee ABA treatment plans and provide supervision. The role includes collaboration with families, staff, and service providers, plus delivering one-on-one ABA therapy within an assigned caseload.

The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped monthly bonuses, a guaranteed year-end bonus, and signing/relocation incentives to support meaningful patient progress and family outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• BCBA certification or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) license required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to patients.
• Supervise patients within caseload in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly progress and present updates in supervision/meetings.
• Update and maintain treatment programs and documentation.
• Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on ABA plans.
