Job summary

TEEMA seeks an experienced Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to lead ABA treatment plans and supervise therapy across multiple sites in North Carolina. You will work with Behavior Technicians, families, and other providers to ensure evidence-based interventions and meaningful progress for patients.

The role includes clinical supervision, progress monitoring, and training of staff, with a focus on compliant documentation and collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• BCBA certification through BACB or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and collaborate with families and providers.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to patients.
• Conduct supervision for patients in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates during supervision and team meetings.
• Update and maintain patient treatment programs and documentation.
• Train technicians, families, and caregivers on ABA plans.
• Communicate treatment program changes to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Attend patient IEP and placement meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
