TEEMA seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LPA) to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans and supervise clinicians. You will work across home-based therapy, therapy centers, and community settings, collaborating with families and staff to implement evidence-based interventions.

The role offers base salary with uncapped monthly bonuses, a guaranteed year-end bonus, and relocation/signing incentives, with potential for lucrative earnings in North Carolina.

Formación

• Master's degree required in psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA license required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as required.
• Supervise patients in person or via telehealth as recommended.
