Job summary

Cap City Supported Living in Columbus, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy programs for children, supervise staff, and ensure ethical standards.

You will design treatment plans, oversee data collection, train teams, collaborate with professionals, and partner with families to maximize outcomes in home, school, and community settings. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• COBA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular training and support to direct care staff implementing treatment protocols in home, school, and community settings
• Complete FBAs, FA, and design behavior intervention plans with follow-through and staff support
• Design skill acquisition protocols including communication, social, independence, and behavior goals
• Regularly review data to assess outcomes and train staff on data collection
• Oversee cases, staff and family to ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards
• Provide training to parents and professionals on ABA applications
• Adhere to BACB ethics, supervision requirements, safety, confidentiality
• Collaborate with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, and school staff
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
