Job summary

Level Ahead ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy and oversee RBTs. The role includes creating treatment plans, supervising staff, and guiding families to support client progress.

This in-person position in Columbus, GA emphasizes mentorship, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and flexible scheduling with a strong focus on client outcomes and data-driven progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Current malpractice insurance.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Familiarity with clinical assessments such as Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc.
• Strong supervisory and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Access to reliable transportation, the ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs.
• Train, supervise, and guide RBT's in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed.
• Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of the client's progress on our data collection platform.
• Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers.
• Coordinate treatment with other members of the client's team.
