Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA services for pediatric clients in a hybrid setting in Phoenix, AZ.

The role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, supervision of RBTs and therapists, and ongoing progress monitoring to ensure high-quality care. The position requires a Master’s degree in ABA (or related field) and active BCBA certification, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with families, schools, and healthcare

Formación

• Active BCBA certification issued by the BACB and any state licensing requirements for Arizona (COBA).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to manage a flexible hybrid workflow across clinic, home, and community visits.

Responsabilidades

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct behavioral and skill-level assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Treatment Planning: develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs.
• Supervision & Oversight: supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: review data and adjust plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: lead parent meetings and provide training.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: collaborate with schools and healthcare professionals.
