H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy programs in the Phoenix area.

You will supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists, ensuring high fidelity, ethical practice, and data-driven care across clinic, home, and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop customized treatment plans and BIPs, monitor progress with ongoing data, and partner with families, schools, and other professionals to support the child’s learning and

Qualificações

• BCBA certification active and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience designing and managing pediatric ABA programs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop data-driven treatment and BIP plans.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure fidelity.
• Monitor progress with ongoing data analysis and adjust plans.
