Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a flexible hybrid workflow spanning clinic, home, and community visits.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric populations with autism.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct behavioral and skill-level assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Treatment Planning: Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focusing on communication, social, daily living, and self-help skills.
• Supervision & Oversight: Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: Review data, track progress, and modify plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: Lead parent meetings, provide training, and ensure consistency across settings.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across environments.
