Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA assessments, treatment planning, and pediatric program management in Phoenix, Arizona.

You will supervise RBTs and therapists, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and schools. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, data-driven care, and the ability to coordinate care across clinic, home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) and AZ state licensing requirements.
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills; hybrid clinic/home/community visits.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-level assessments.
• Treatment Planning: develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs.
• Supervision & Oversight: supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure fidelity.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: review data and adjust plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: lead meetings and provide parent training.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: coordinate with schools and other professionals.
