Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric ABA services in the Phoenix area. The role covers assessment, treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, and data-driven adjustments to therapy for children with autism.

You will partner with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to implement effective interventions across clinic, home, and community settings, while upholding ethical standards and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active and in good standing
• Masters degree required in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatrics with autism

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-level assessments to identify strengths, targets, and needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focusing on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity, clinical integrity, and ethics.
• Monitor progress with ongoing data collection and adjust plans as children develop.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers; train and reinforce strategies at home and in the community.
• Coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across environments
