Job summary

Your Talent Team in Phoenix is seeking a BCBA with leadership to supervise RBTs and devise data-driven ABA care plans focusing on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop BIPs, and monitor progress to ensure high-fidelity therapy and ethical compliance across clinic, home, and community settings.

Leaders will collaborate with families and educational teams, lead caregiver trainings, and coordinate with healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing and state licensing requirements where applicable.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & evaluations to identify strengths, targets, and needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs for communication and daily living.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure fidelity and ethics.
• Monitor progress, review data, and adjust treatment as children develop.
• Lead parent/caregiver meetings and provide training across settings.
• Coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child.
