Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for pediatric clients. You will design data-driven treatment plans, oversee RBTs and therapists, and ensure ethical, high-fidelity delivery across clinic, home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing with BACB and state license requirements for Arizona.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to manage hybrid clinic/home/community visits.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & evaluations using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and similar tools.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists with fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families through regular meetings and training.
• Coordinate with schools and other health professionals across environments.
