Food Management Search, Inc. seeks a BCBA to lead ABA therapy for pediatric autism, supervising RBTs and Behavior Therapists, driving assessments, treatment plans, and data-driven progress monitoring.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support children across clinic, home, and community settings. A Master’s degree and active BCBA certification are required, with licensure considerations for Arizona.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB and any state licensing requirements for Arizona (COBA).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.

Responsabilités

• Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive assessments (functional behavior assessments, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify strengths and needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social, daily living, and self-help skills.
• Supervision & Oversight: Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity, clinical integrity, and ethics.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: Review data, track progress against goals, adjust plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: Lead parent meetings and provide training to reinforce strategies at home and in the community.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across environments.
