Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a BCBA to supervise RBTs, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and co-treat with a multidisciplinary team to support children with autism. You will run assessments, guide families, and ensure data-driven decisions across cases.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals, with a path for advancement and ongoing in-house CEUs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and IL license in good standing are required.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication are essential.
• Commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based treatment plans.
• Run assessments and intakes; manage client plans.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Collaborate live with families and with SLPs/OTs/PTs/mental health providers.
