Qualifications

• BCBA certification and in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs in a clinic setting.
• Ability to collaborate with Speech, OT, and PT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with various developmental needs.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize progress.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Maintain high ethical standards and clinical quality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
