Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBA's in Antioch, TN to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. We offer a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time hires and a supportive clinical team.

As a BCBA, you will develop and supervise interventions for children with autism, collaborate with families, and benefit from flexible schedules, CEU courses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification or in exam process within 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong professional judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Supervise data collection and charting using our tools.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Supervise and mentor behavioral technicians.
