Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology or related field.
• BCBA license current or exam within 3 months (students welcome)
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor and advocate for clients, communicating concerns as needed.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians.
• Engage in data collection and charting using effective tools.
• Assist with day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining client focus.
