Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Chattanooga, TN is hiring BCBAs to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, collaborating with a supportive clinical team and using data-driven treatment plans to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligible to sit for the exam within 3 months.
• Proven ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and train clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Supervise and guide the implementation of behavior plans.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor progress and communicate concerns to the team.
• Train and orient new staff while maintaining safety during sessions.
• Assist with physical activity requirements during sessions with children aged 2–15.
