Proud Moments ABA in Chattanooga, TN is hiring BCBA clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. The role includes strong clinical support and innovative data collection tools to minimize administrative workload while maximizing client outcomes.

The position offers flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time hires, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development through monthly CEU courses and archived

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months.
• Experience implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions to change behaviors.
• Support clients and families with assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Supervise and train the growing team of behavior technicians.
• Assist with data collection and progress monitoring during sessions.
