Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBA professionals in Memphis, TN, to lead and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum. This full-time role emphasizes clinical excellence and family collaboration in a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA license (or be close to completion) with strong communication, data collection, and organizational skills, enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Confidential information handling and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share achievements as clients learn new skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Coordinate and supervise behavior technicians; provide training.
• Maintain safety and adapt activities to keep pace with children aged 2–15.
