Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBA professionals in Antioch, TN. We offer full-time or part-time roles with a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time hires and a supportive clinical team to enable you to focus on delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism.

Our care team uses advanced tools for data collection and charting, plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Support families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of the growing team of behavior technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions; perform activities like standing, lifting, and moving with children.
