Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Springfield, TN is hiring BCBAs to join a supportive clinical team dedicated to improving outcomes for children with autism. This full-time or part-time role offers a $10,000 retention bonus, flexible schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will contribute to high-quality ABA services and ongoing professional development. As a BCBA, you’ll supervise interventions, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to translate assessments into effective treatment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or in process within 3 months; students welcome.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Track client progress and celebrate skill acquisition.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment plans.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to staff.
