Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions is seeking Licensed Behavior Consultants (BC-ABA) in Lackawanna County to provide individualized ABA services to children and adolescents. You will assess, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and work within a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful progress.

The role includes supervising BHT-ABAs, training caregivers, and collaborating with schools on learner outcomes and IEP/CASSP meetings, while tracking data to refine programming and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health field and licensure as PA Behavior Specialist (LBS) are required.
• BCBA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents.
• Supervise BHT-ABAs through Behavioral Skills training.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with schools on learner outcomes and IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
