Job summary

Reaching Beyond Limits Behavioral Health in Lackawanna County, Scranton area, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise clinicians and oversee ABA programs for members with autism spectrum disorder and related needs.

You will conduct assessments, design and monitor treatment plans, and train staff and families, ensuring fidelity and quality of care. The role requires PA licensure or eligibility and BCBA certification, with a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Be licensed to oversee ABA services in PA or have eligible licensure.
• BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis is required and must be accredited as indicated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programming for a small caseload and supervise staff.
• Complete new member intakes and conduct assessments.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training to parents/caregivers on ABA strategies.
