Job summary

Lehigh University’s Autism Services program seeks a BCBA leader to design and supervise behavioral interventions for individuals with autism. You will mentor clinicians, coordinate care with families and schools, and ensure documentation meets BACB standards.

The role requires a BCBA credential, PA certification, and 3–5 years of experience, including supervision of RBTs. This position may involve some evening/weekend hours and partial remote work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Three to five years of work experience.
• One to three years as a BCBA with PA credential in good standing.
• Experience supervising/train RBTs or paraprofessionals in ABA.
• Strong communication skills to translate clinical guidance to families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop individualized behavioral support plans for clients with ASD.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans based on data.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and external providers for cohesive care.
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care across stakeholders.
