Job summary

Lehigh University’s Autism Services program seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead and supervise care for individuals with autism. The role centers on designing behavioral plans, coordinating with caregivers and schools, and ensuring BACB-aligned documentation.

Experience with RBT supervision, strong communication, and ethical practice are essential. This position may allow partial remote work as deemed appropriate by the supervisor, with potential evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required.
• Active BCBA credential and PA Behavior Specialist credential in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing ABA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop individualized behavioral support plans for clients with ASD.
• Monitor and evaluate interventions and adjust plans based on clinical data.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and external providers for cohesive care.
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care across stakeholders.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and deliver training to caregivers/teachers.
• Maintain clinical documentation per BACB standards and program rules.
• Report progress to LUAS Director and Clinical Director.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement of the university autism services.
