LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise and mentor teams delivering ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians collaborate with families and leverage assent-based treatment while maintaining strong links to clinical leadership.

Part-time and full-time roles are available across our integrated care model. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree or higher and BCBA certification or eligibility within three months, with at least two years of

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Licensed/registered as required by state to deliver behavior treatment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to LEARN Behavioral values: partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, and excellence.
• Bonus: interest in research such as functional analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority and ensure program directives are implemented accurately.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing teaching procedures and maintain program direction.
