Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Maryland seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and supervise up to five RBTs in clinic settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required by law.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based work ability.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours per 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs and Regional Directors to uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and state/BACB guidelines.
