Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in clinic settings. You will manage a manageable caseload and supervise up to 5 RBTs, collaborating with Clinical Directors and regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB credentials.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience, with RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours per week.
• Work with children aged 2–18, most under 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases.
• Maintain ethical documentation and BACB/state guidelines.
