Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Baltimore, MD to lead ABA therapy programs for children. You will develop and implement individualized plans, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs while training families and staff for positive outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the team, ongoing professional development, and flexible scheduling to support client needs. A BCBA credential with experience in autism is required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
BCBA certification.
2+ years of experience working with children with autism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct assessments and maintain records
Provide training to parents and staff
Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA's
Supervise RBTs and attend professional development activities
