Helping Hands Family in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You will supervise up to 5 RBTs, conduct assessments, and write treatment plans while collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure best practices.

A strong, clinic-based team environment supports ongoing professional growth. The role requires active BCBA certification, applicable state licensure, and ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills; clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and BACB/state guidelines.
